  • Who is this coaching for?

    Adults of any age — especially busy professionals, masters athletes (40+), and anyone returning to consistent training. New runners welcome. Experienced athletes welcome. The plan adapts to you.

  • What sports do you coach?

    Running (5K to 100-mile ultramarathon) and triathlon (sprint to Ironman). Strength programming is integrated into every plan to support durability and running economy.

  • Do I need to live near you to work with you?

    No. All three services are delivered remotely. We use email, messaging, video calls, and shared training platforms.

  • How quickly can we start?

    Once you reach out, I respond within 48 hours to schedule a no-obligation conversation. From there, most athletes start within a week.

  • Can I switch tiers later?

    Yes. We start where it makes sense, and adjust as your goals or life change.
